In collaboration with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation I mapped the prevalence of both Lymphedema, Filariasis, and Onchocerciasis, or river blindness jointly with the count of infected fly and mosquito sites which plague the Muheza District, Tanzania. This involved creating maps including elevation, buffers of maximum fly travel distance from the triangulated hamlet's center, distribution of bug net by hamlet, satellite imagery of various terrains. I also calculated the sensitivity and specificity of the antibody tests for river blindness. This data was used as a data brief for further actions to be made in the Muheza District.

Other project topics include contour and elevation, hydrology flow, network distance analysis, NVDI distribution, and other infectious and chronic diseases.
